Who we are

What data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the online consultation form — full name, phone number, email address and the message itself. We don't collect sensitive medical data via the site; that is handled in the clinic under a separate protection regime.
Why we collect it
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and to schedule an appointment or consultation. We don't use it for marketing lists, we don't share it with third parties, and we don't use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for up to 12 months from the time the enquiry is sent. After that period it is deleted — unless you become a patient of Dental Med NS, in which case we follow medical-records rules.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your stored data,
- request correction of incorrect or incomplete data,
- request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten"),
- withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies
The site uses the minimum technically necessary cookies for navigation. We don't use analytics or marketing cookies without your consent. When we introduce Google Analytics or a similar tool, we'll ask for explicit consent.
Data security
Data is stored on secure systems with in-transit encryption (HTTPS). Only employees who need it for their work have access.
Policy changes
The privacy policy may be amended. Any significant changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
